come together?

Thank you for visiting this site to learn about the Livable Claiborne Communities study. The study seeks to understand how the communities along the Claiborne Avenue corridor, in many ways the heart and soul of the city, can be strengthened and revitalized for its residents and for the city and region.

Residents, neighboring communities and parishes, the business community, and supporting philanthropic organizations are participating to discuss ways to leverage existing and future public investments to improve the neighborhoods’ quality of life, protect their unique and rich culture, increase job and economic opportunities, and face New Orleans’s many environmental challenges.

We invite you to take a look through the pages on this website, all oriented around frequently-asked questions throughout the study.
